To kick things off, all registrations must be completed using our custom jot form. Whether you're a new student joining our family or a returning dancer ready for another amazing season, there's a registration fee required at the time of enrollment.

 

Next, let's talk tuition. Your initial monthly payment is due when you register, and we'll be sending a PayPal invoice to make things smooth and convenient for you. 

 

Now, for the exciting part – the dancing! To ensure everyone looks sharp and feels their best during practice, we've got some uniform and footwear guidelines in place. Whether you're jazzing it up or owning the floor in hip hop, we've got you covered.

Dance Practices:

 

- Jazz: Rock the floor with sleek black slip-on jazz shoes.

- Hip Hop Classes: Get ready to move in your favorite CBS shirts paired with leggings, shorts, or sweat pants and don't forget your coolest sneakers.

 

Attendance:

Parents, it's time to get pumped and make sure your dancer is at practice every week and ready to rock. Let's ensure they warm-up effectively and stay injury-free. Missed too many classes? Well, that might affect their chance to perform at dance competitions, so let's keep that attendance up!

 

Withdrawal Procedures:

Hey parents, if you need to withdraw your students, please give us a heads-up in writing at least 30 days in advance. We have to settle all charges billed to the account during the 30-day withdrawal period. Let's wrap things up with a zero balance, or else legal actions will be taken.

 

Practice Cancellations:

If we have to cancel practice due to  an emergency, fear not. Parents will be notified ASAP via GroupMe message.

 

Competition Costume Information:

Get ready for an amazing time! Competition Costume Fees will be announced during the conditioning months in August/September. Let's plan ahead and make sure we're all set for this exciting opportunity.

All Students must have a liability form, registration fee and first tuition payment paid in full on or before the student’s first practice. 

 

CBS Fundraisers:

We've got some awesome fundraisers! Each family is encouraged to join to assist with any outstanding fees. Let's keep the groove going and make this fundraiser a hit!

 

Competitive Dance Program:

Welcome to the world of competitive dance! Train in various dance styles, compete regionally and nationally, and get ready for an incredible journey at CBS.

 

Please note that all fees are non-refundable and non-transferable, so let's dive into this amazing experience together!
